We are excited therefore to announce the acquisition of a second <a href=\"https:\/\/amtechnologies.com\/products\/vapor-smoothing\/\">AMT SF100 machine<\/a>, further enhancing our ability to deliver superior surface finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-vapor-smoothing\"><strong>What is Vapor Smoothing?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our customers choose vapor smoothing for both aesthetic (the smooth, shiny surface can really make parts stand out) and functional (including reduced porosity and improved mechanical performance) reasons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a controlled chemical vapor process, this method creates a smooth, sealed surface, making parts look and feel more like traditional injection-molded components.
